Booking Process

An email or quote form must be sent in, and the following information is required in order to set up a quote: type of event, date of event, location, how many guests, flat or multidimensional, allergies, and any other information that could be helpful. Once we send over a quote and it is accepted, we will then need a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If the deposit is not received, you will not be considered booked. We also cannot guarantee a date and time without this in our possession.

Food Safety Terms

Our food isn’t just beautiful, it is safe too! To ensure these safety standards are upheld, please eat your platter/grazing table within 4 hours. Or store (covered) in the fridge until later that day. Food should not be out of the fridge for more than four hours. After this period food must be thrown out. Once delivered it is your responsibility to ensure these standards are met. The grazing table has been prepared in a facility with its food service establishment license. Once the platter is in your possession, the responsibility is passed on to the host. All food should be set up in a shaded, well-ventilated area. During hot weather grazing tables should be kept out of the sun and in the air conditioning. We are not responsible for any food that is spoiled due to improper display and storage. We do not encourage you to save leftovers left out after 4 hours. If you want to save leftovers, please feel free to do so before that 4-hour mark given weather and
environmental conditions permit this.
